1.INTRODUCTION:
PN-FDG1 paper moisture meter is the high-performance and digital moisture meter, which is firstly introduced in China.
The meter used high-frequency principle. It integrates sensor and mainframe with digital display and has six gears to test the moisture of paper, cardboard, corrugated paper and carton. The meter has many advantages, such as large testing range wide, high accuracy, small dimension, light and portable for spot testing. It is the ideal instrument in the production process.
The meter has a fixed frequency. And the test sample has a different of frequency which transform into the meter by the sensor. The difference between the two frequencies is converted into electric current by Current Frequency Converter .Then it is converted into figure by the analog-to-digital converter.
