1. INTRODUCTION:
PN-CT50KCF Box Compression tester is an economical tester designed by our company for compression test and stacking tests of corrugated boxes and honeycomb cartons. Its performance parameters and technical indicators are in accordance with GB/T 4857.3/4, ISO 12048, ISO 2234 and other standards are mainly used for the compressive strength test or other materials of various medium and small size corrugated boxes with compressive strength less than 50kN, such as food and beverage, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging, etc. .
The instrument has three independent modes of operation:
1. Strength test: measure the ultimate compressive strength and deformation of the box;
2. Fixed value test: The overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking status of the warehouse, and carry out the stacking test of different conditions.

4. FEATURES :
Adopt new module circuit design and have WIFI function. After networking the test results can be saved to the cloud server and the ERP software can be used to query and generate reports.
