The PN-BSTF Bekk smoothness tester is a high-precision Bekk paper and board surface smoothness testing instrument designed and developed by our company according to the new national standards GB / T 456 and ISO5627. Smoothness is an index for evaluating the degree of unevenness on the surface of a paper, and it indicates the flatness and smoothness of the surface of the paper. Generally speaking, the smoothness refers to the smoothness of the paper, which refers to the time required for the atmosphere to leak a certain amount of air between the sample surface and the annular surface under a specific contact state and a certain pressure difference, in seconds ( s) said. The longer the time is, the better the smoothness of the paper, and the higher the smoothness. Generally, the higher the paper smoothness is, the better the print quality. Therefore, to obtain satisfactory print quality, smoothness is a necessary condition.
This tester uses a high-precision pressure sensor, imported oil-free vacuum pump, professionally manufactured volume block and solenoid valve to form a measurement and control system to achieve mercury-free measurement. Lever mechanical loading is applied to the machinery, while the cam mechanism is adopted for unloading. The instrument has functions of testing, conversion, display, memory, printing, data processing, etc. It has the characteristics of convenient operation and stable performance.
