INSTRUCTION:
PN-JT500F box joint tensile tester is a tester designed and developed to detect the box joint strength of corrugated boxes according to the latest standard of TAPPI T813. There are three ways to join the corrugated boxes: adhesive, tape and nail. Box joining is the last step of corrugated carton forming. If the box joining tensile is poor, the carton will crack at the carton joint during loading, unloading, stacking and transportation, which will affect the compressive strength and appearance quality.
    The instrument adopts a vertical structure, the clamp spacing can be freely set within a certain range, the stretching stroke is large, and it is a mechatronic product. It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design guidelines, and uses advanced high-speed ARM processing. The device is made with careful and reasonable design, and the display uses a more stylish and convenient touch screen. It is a new-generation instrument for measuring the bonding force of a new-generation carton box with novel design, convenient use, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.
